We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized equipment, such as cut-to-length ski poles, cannot be returned.
Are 4KAAD carbon poles covered by a warranty?
Yes, all 4KAAD poles come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover breakage due to impact, falls, or improper use during training or competition.

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. For poles, we recommend using our height-based formula found in the 'Technical Specs' section to ensure optimal performance.
