At 4KAAD, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical components and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
